Print Materials

The University of Minnesota has several requirements when designing print publications, and Carlson has a standard format for presenting our unit information. Here’s a sample of the back cover of a Carlson Global Institute brochure. The following information provides more detail on separate elements and when and how to apply them.

All Minnesota Carlson/University of Minnesota print publications should include:

Equal Opportunity Statement

Include one of these official versions in all publications. Use the short form for posters and other formats when space is limited. Use the medium form for job postings and most other publications. Use the long form for bulletins, catalogs, employee handbooks and application forms. Include the name and address of a contact who will handle requests for more information.

Short Form

Medium Form
